Digital Tax Automation Manager, Glasgow

A look into the role

As a Digital Tax Automation Manager within our Digital Tax Team, you will:

  • Lead development and implementation of automation solutions leveraging Python, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and RPA technologies, enhancing organisational productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, designing customised digital workflows for business process improvement.
  • Continuously update and refine automation tools to align with business requirements, ensuring compliance through audits and promoting best practices.
  • Educate team members on Python, Power Platform and RPA technologies, staying abreast of digital automation trends to integrate innovative tools and approaches.
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively, addressing challenges in automation systems to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Digital Tax Automation Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is

  • Experience in leading automation projects with RPA Solutions, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Python
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Understanding of core tax compliance processes.
  • Proven leadership in motivating technical teams towards innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of best practices in development and coding standards.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira
