In this role, you will:
- Support the facilitation of tax credit sales from renewable energy and other clean technology projects and manufacturing facilities, including managing the interactions with sellers and/or buyers
- Manage the financial, commercial, and technical analysis of highly structured, tax-oriented equity investments in renewable energy and tax credit transfers
- Manage the process for internal approval of transactions, including credit analysis, underwriting, legal, accounting, regulatory, and tax matters
- Write credit memoranda, manage engineering advisors, relationship management, and supporting portfolio asset management needs
- Complete work in accordance with all risk management, business process expectations, and participates in the determination of these expectations
- Evaluate and prepare recommendations regarding developing trends in the renewable energy market and emerging technologies
- Serve as a mentor and advisor to less experienced individuals
- Lead the financial, commercial, and technical due diligence processes as assigned
- Oversee the team in identifying, analyzing, structuring, modeling and negotiating highly complex renewable energy project tax equity financings
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
