POSITION:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Tax to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic tax advice to the accounting team and management. This role involves developing and implementing tax strategies, managing tax audits, and continuously improving tax systems and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CTA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax advisory and corporate tax management, preferably in Germany.
  • Strong knowledge of German tax laws and regulations, including VAT and transfer pricing.
  • Proven experience in managing tax audits and implementing tax compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
