Responsibilities:

PURPOSE:

We are currently recruiting for a Tax Manager. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. The Tax Manager is a full-time position based in Calgary.
To prepare and review of Canadian federal and provincial corporate tax returns and collaborate with the finance group and other tax members of the global tax team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation and review of Canadian federal and provincial corporate tax returns, including cross-border and foreign compliance filings
  • Preparation and review current and future income tax provisions (half year and full year)
  • Assist with international tax matters such as withholding taxes, information reporting returns/issues and transfer pricing
  • Prepare all relevant tax payments and ensure payments are made on a timely basis
  • Manage indirect tax
  • Assist in restructuring tax planning and compliance
  • Collaborate with the finance group and other tax members of the global tax team
  • Assist with ad hoc tax research projects
  • Assist with ad hoc tax audits
