Job Title: Tax Policy Researcher
Location: London, UK
Job Summary: The Tax Policy Researcher will play a pivotal role in conducting tax policy research and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional research skills, with the ability to distil technical concepts into clear and engaging insights for a wide array of stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a research role (not necessarily on tax issues) in the UK with a strong emphasis on presentation of findings.
- It would be an advantage if the candidate had experience with data visualisation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform top-quality research on tax policy issues in the UK and globally, with an eye toward clear communication of findings.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and reliable database of research materials, prioritising ease of access and comprehension.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of experts across EY to enrich research outcomes.
- Aid in the formulation of tax policy proposals, ensuring that recommendations are accessible and resonate with both expert and non-specialist audiences.
- Create compelling reports, policy briefs, and presentations that translate complex data into understandable and persuasive narratives.
- Support the pursuit and development of new opportunities in the market, as directed by the leadership team.
