REQUIREMENTS:

• Effective Communication: Articulate, conscientious, and adept at building rapport.

• CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Availability: Able to work 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday in our office.

• Lead Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads to address client needs effectively.
• Negotiation: Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage and convert leads.
• Client Engagement: Follow up consistently via phone, email, and text to provide exceptional service.
• Consultative Sales: Close deals using consultative selling techniques and effective sales strategies.
• Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process with professionalism and efficiency.CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track and achieve sales goals efficiently
