Description:

Robert Half is in search for a Tax Senior Associate to join our client in the Greater Philadelphia area. The Tax Senior Associate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating clients’ tax data for the accurate, timely completion of tax returns. The Tax Senior Associate role demands a detailed understanding of tax regulations, the ability to process complex tax returns, and excellent customer service skills. You will be part of a dynamic team in the financial industry, where you will use your skills to assist clients with their tax planning needs and handle their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Possesses knowledge of tax regulations in order to answer clients’ questions.
Prepares personal and business tax returns of various complexities.
Perform personal and business tax projections throughout the year to assist clients with tax planning needs
Correspond with various taxing authorities on client issues
Utilize tax software to compile tax research on more complex client matters
Assist staff on occasion with completing other tax projects and learning tax concept
The ideal Tax Senior Associate candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education. CPA preferred.
Other requirements for the Tax Senior Associate position include and are not limited to:
3+ years of relevant experience at a Public Accounting Experience
Experience in construction, real estate, manufacturing or distribution
Good verbal and written communications
Strong analytical and accounting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
