YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Demonstrating your understanding of tax and accounting concepts and effectively applying this knowledge to client situations;
- Learning and utilizing tax technology to deliver client deliverables in an efficient manner;
- Continuing to learn emerging firm technologies to deliver automated solutions to clients;
- Delivering client deliverables with timely and responsive services and work products that meet or exceed client expectations;
- Thoroughly and accurately analyzing information;
- Establishing and maintaining long-term working relationships with clients;
- Pursuing and sharing knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery;
- Participating in national initiatives;
- Contributing to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters personal development.

Responsibilities:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce or another relevant field;
- Enrollment or pending enrollment in a professional accounting designation program, or Enrolled Agent certification;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong interpersonal abilities; While proficiency in a language other than French is not a requirement for this role, some English communications with stakeholders outside of Quebec may be required from time to time
- A commitment to learning in a tax technology environment.
