TCM Clinic Assistant (part time)

Job Description

• Manage appointment booking, registration and collection of payments from patients.
• Dispensary and brewing of TCM Herbs.
• TCM herbs stock take and replenishment.

Requirement

• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English and Chinese.
• Able to stand and carry loads (Below 5kg).
• Able to work in hot kitchen environment (brewing of TCM herbs).
• With or without experience are welcome.
• Able to work at least three days per week (including Tuesday and Sunday).

工作内容

• 管理前台服务包括帮病人挂号预约、登记、收款。
• 配药（中草药）和煎煮草药。
• 补货和库存检查。

职员需求

• 会电脑基本的操作。
• 精通华文（包括阅读和书写），能够以简单的英文沟通及书写。
• 能够搬运重物（少于5公斤）。
• 能够在高温环境中工作 (煎煮草药)。
• 无需相关学历或经验。
• 1周至少可以上3天班（包括星期二和星期天）。
