TCM RECEPTIONIST / ASSISTANT - FT/PT

This position is open to all full time and part time TCM Receptionist / Assistants. Heping Medical is affiliated with Heping Hospital in Qingdao, China. We have over 30 years of experience in providing holistic and non invasive treatments to more than 10,000 patients from all over the world, producing many positive effects on their well being. Working place is at Concorde Shopping Centre, right above Havelock MRT.

Job Scope:

• Provide admin support such as registration and cashiering.
• Attend to customers’ inquiries through phone and in person.
• Educate the patients about the clinic services and specialty.
• Present to the patients the clinic’s TCM medicines on its frequency and how to consume.
• Attend to any other ad hoc duties.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year experience in TCM clinic environment
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to execute duties under minimum supervision.
• For part time, minimum work 1 or 2 days work per week.
