  • As a Operations Officer, you will be responsible for providing Legendary Service to our Clients and Internal Business Partners.
  • Our TAS_SupportService email channel provides us with the daily opportunity to positively impact and support frontline customer service provided by our Internal TDI partners.
  • Adhere to Customer Experience Model in all Customer Interactions. Follow Customer Problem Resolution Model when handling escalated concerns from our Internal Business Partners and Clients. Provide accurate and timely follow ups.
  • Partner with Internal Business Units to better facilitate processing of customer requests.
  • Complete all daily/weekly reporting within established Service Level agreements. Ensure necessary due diligence is taken to maintain the accuracy of all Customer Transactions.
  • Strictly follow business timelines in the management of our Day to Day processes.
  • Participate and contribute to the successful implementation of projects and operational initiatives.
  • Be pro-active, identify and assist to solve gaps where potential risk exists. Recommend opportunities for process improvement.

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree/ college diploma preferred and/or
  • 1+ years relevant experience
