SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Operational knowledge of MIFID, EMIR & SFTR requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft office software.
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Prior Alteryx Experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Ensuring BAU daily tasks are completed and accurate. Escalating issues and challenges promptly and sending management information (MI) on BAU tasks at end of day.
  • Daily administration of MIFID II, EMIR & SFTR requirements and accompanying tasks in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Responsible for exceptions management from Trade Repository (TR) and Approved Reporting Mechanism (ARM)
  • Running workflows and creating bi-weekly presentation pack to be presented to key TTR stakeholders
  • Perform reconciliations between source systems and reporting data ensuring the firm is complete, accurate and reporting within agreed regulatory timeframes.
  • Maintain relationships with counterparties and internal stakeholders, warranting escalations and resolutions of queries.
