We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join a lovely Special School in Dubai. As a school teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students, ensuring they receive the highest quality education and support.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and the ability to differentiate lessons accordingly.
  • Ability to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs and abilities of students in
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that promotes positive behavior and emotional well-being.
  • Adapt teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities of students with SEND.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide ongoing feedback on student progress.
  • Utilize assistive technologies and specialised equipment to enhance students’ access to the curriculum.
  • Employ a variety of assessment methods to track student progress and adjust teaching accordingly.
  • Promote an inclusive, respectful classroom culture that celebrates diversity and encourages student engagement.
