Responsibilities:

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

As a Learning Guide, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing transformative learning experiences. Collaborating with the team of learning guides in the Barcelona mothership, you will co-create the program that nurtures a love for learning and equips students with essential skills for success.

WHAT YOU DO:

  • Positive Mentorship: building positive, trusting relationships with your learners and mentor them so that they can leverage their unique individual strengths to thrive.
  • Facilitate Program Design: Co-design the program with the team in Barcelona and lead it to help learners discover themselves and create impact in the real world.
  • Learning Space Development: Oversee the design and development of engaging learning environments indoors and outdoors, creating a dynamic space to learn and grow.
  • Parent Engagement: Develop trustful relationships with parents by listening and communicating openly.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively within a cross-functional, agile team with a high accountability and growth mindset.
  • Quality Assurance: Gather feedback and surveys to ensure a continuous improvement culture by taking measures and continuous iteration. Ensure that learning is made visible for the community.
