Full-Time – Current Salary Range £30,000 - £46,525
within the Main Pay Range–Upper Pay range

Responsibilities:

Having responsibility for teaching in assigned curriculum areas
Taking responsibility and be accountable for pupil attainment and achievement, by tracking pupils progress and supporting individual pupils’ learning needs
Ensuring that high standards of discipline and respect are evident throughout the Faculty, supporting colleagues in line with school policies and practice
Supporting the Head of Year to secure a high quality learning experience in tutor time
Setting high expectations for all pupils through aspirational target setting

English Language 9-4: 81% 9-5: 66%
English Literature 9-4: 78% 9-5: 59%
