Teaching Assistant

at  INTEGRATED INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE LTD

The Integrated International School is looking for dynamic, passionate Teaching Assistants to work with preschool, primary school or secondary school students who have learning difficulties and/or special needs. Prior work experience of at least 1 year is preferred but on-site professional development/training are readily available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to commit to Company for at least 2 academic years
• Must have at least a professional diploma/certificate (but Bachelor’s degree is preferred) in education, special education, counselling, psychology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year work experience
• At least 2 positive references from most recent supervisors

• Full-time position (Mondays-Fridays, 8am to 5pm)
• Assist lead teacher in daily classroom operations
• Assist lead teacher in preparing lessons and class administrative duties (e.g., maintaining the communication booklet, attendance record keeping, etc.)
• Monitor and supervise student
• Assist in carrying out special duties (e.g., inside/outside classroom, weekly & termly duties, community events, roadshows, etc.)
• Maintain, adhere to and be up to date with Company policies, systems & processes, and SOPs
• Maintain and enhance the Company’s mission, vision and values
• Attend all staff training/professional development
