Verwood C of E First School is looking for a Teaching Assistant G5 to join our fantastic team. Could this be you?
Actual Salary £16,389 - £16,664 per annum per annum (Grade 5)
This job is Part Time - Term Time Only for 30 hours per week and 39 weeks per year.
It is offered on a Temporary basis until 31-Aug-2025.
Approximate start date 11-Nov-2024.
This role will involve working 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday across 39 weeks per year (school term time plus INSET (training) days).
The successful candidate will work in our early years classrooms alongside the class teacher to support the children and enable them to achieve their full learning potential. Experience of working with children in a school environment in Early Years is highly desirable but not essential.

We are looking for someone who will:

• be willing to embrace, support and develop the Christian ethos of our school
• be a team player, committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our children
• lead, inspire and motivate children in line with the school’s vision and values
• assist in all aspects of children’s learning
• provide support, care and supervision of pupils within the school

There may also be the possibility of working alongside pupils at Emmanuel Middle School.
