OUR DEPARTMENT
The Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering is the birthplace of modern engineering education, informing the technology leaders of today and tomorrow since 1800. Our mission is to advance knowledge and commerce in mechanical and aerospace engineering and apply fresh thinking to the challenges faced by industry and society.
We offer a full range of mechanical and aerospace engineering programmes at Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate Taught (PGT) levels (www.strath.ac.uk/mae) as well as an active and successful research and knowledge exchange culture. We are currently seeking to employ two Teaching Fellows to contribute to teaching in the mechanical engineering programmes.
