The School of Engineering is seeking to appoint two Teaching Fellows who can help us to deliver an excellent standard of education in our undergraduate Mechanical Engineering programme. We offer a range of programmes across Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic and Computer Engineering, and Electrical and Electronic Engineering disciplines. Our teaching in these areas is research-led with significant amounts of practical laboratory-based work undertaken by our students.

Responsibilities:
- PhD (or nearing completion of PhD) in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Expertise in Fluid Mechanics and / or Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer
- Ability to deliver teaching to achieve the highest standards of student experience
- Experience of teaching Engineering at higher education level
- Ability to communicate effectively and enthusiastically both verbally and in writing, and the ability to positively engage students with their learning
