Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
This role forms part of the School Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) team, which is responsible for administering a high-quality service of support to students on our Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught programmes of study.
The role will predominantly be based in our newly built dental clinical teaching facility, providing high quality, comprehensive and responsive reception and administrative services to stakeholders associated with our UG and PGT Dentistry programmes, including students, patients, academic staff and agency nurses.
Additional to these responsibilities, the role will be embedded within the Curriculum & Programmes sub-team of TLSE, and support with activities such as timetabling, committee servicing and student enquiry management across all UG and PGT programmes.
The ideal candidate will have strong digital literacy skills, be able to provide excellent administrative support and customer service, and remain flexible and adaptable.
This is a fully on-campus role and as such, there will be no opportunity for Hybrid Working.
