Description:
FULL TIME - 35 HOURS PER WEEK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated administrator to join our Teaching Office team and service a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:
- Full range of administrative and computing skills with proven competence in commonly used IT applications including word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), email and cloud-based applications (OneDrive/SharePoint).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise own work activities
- Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Effective organisation/presentation of information or documentation
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
