The Team/Department
We are pleased to be offering an exciting opportunity for a talented, self-starter to join the Technology, Resilience and Cyber department (TRC). At a time of rapid technology change, new regulation to improve operational resilience, and increasing cyber threats. In this role you will be working in the public interest providing professional support to teams that are influencing the FCA’s and industry’s agenda that are focused on increasing the sector’s operational resilience.

What you will be doing

  • Providing diary, secretarial and general administrative help to a Senior Manager, three Managers and their teams
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings, on-site visits,, organising travel and room bookings
  • Uploading documents into SharePoint from Egress workspace or other IT systems
  • Liaising effectively with the people you are working with and other internal and external stakeholders to manage diaries, so they are up to date and well organised
  • Organising and preparing documents, which can include preparing agendas, taking internal meeting notes and recording actions
  • Supporting the department with the recruitment administration

The skills and experience you will have
Minimum

  • Experience of diary and inbox management
  • Evidence of good written communication skills
  • Experience of using good organisational skills
