Job Description - Team Administrator
Hours - 30 hours per week Mon-Friday
Location - Curdridge Depot
Salary: Competitive, dependant on skills and experience, with company benefits.
General hours of work are 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the role of Team Administrator
The Team Administration role is a critical and highly valued role within the Operations team which also assists the Commercial Team. It would be a perfect position for someone with good Admin skills with an interest understanding the Commercial aspect of the business. You will be trained and guided to deliver an exceptional internal customer and colleague experience and in working collaboratively to support to the wider teams.
Responsibilities of Team Administration
- Supporting Area Contract Manager with day-to-day monitoring of internal management systems.
- Assisting Contract Manager and Supervisors with producing Job packs.
- Approving of Operatives daily submitted forms.
- Evidencing and supporting payment applications for works carried out in month.
- Support the Commercial Leads in ensuring timely and accurate billing of all work carried out within the company, ensuring that client specified application/invoice dates are met.
- Timely responses to Client enquiries, communication falling in line with the company ethos.
- Raise client invoices and applications in line with accepted financial processes when required.
What else looks good as a Team Administrator
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Experience gained within similar Commercial/Operational Admin role (desirable but not essential)
- Confident to work with an Internal Management IT/Digital system led solution.
- Self-Motivated
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
