Responsibilities:
The Corporate Secretariat Team Administrator is responsible for supporting the Baker McKenzie Australia Corporate Secretariat team members based in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. This role plays a vital part in providing secretarial support, managing our internal and external clients with the opportunity to progress your career in the future. This role encompasses many responsibilities and it is vital to the success of the Team.
Duties will include:
- Typing, mail and couriers
- Sending our registered office mail to clients
- Updating master lists and registered office lists
- Registering files and maintaining our central filing lists
- Assisting with corporate register filing in paper and online
- Attending to payments of ASIC fees and invoices
- Processing of credit card payments and direct debits
- Attending to company searches, PPSR and litigation search requests (as needed)
- Assisting with timesheets and billing queries
- Organising lodgements with ASIC and ABRS
