Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to work within the Substance Misuse Psychosocial Team based at HMP Bedford. The post hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-4pm and we are hoping to recruit full time staff for these vacancies.
We are seeking individual who are enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible and creative in their approach and can work alongside nursing staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide quality and effective administrative support.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative assistant/secretarial service to support duties associated with the service they are working in. Good organisational ability, strong IT skills (including use of Microsoft packages) and flexibility are required. You will be required to provide minute taking and agenda preparation administrative support.
You will be expected to have excellent communication skills and a calm, positive and helpful attitude as the person dealing with incoming calls from potentially distressed service users or carers.
You must be reliable and flexible to meet service needs, and used to working in busy environment.
You will be part of a supportive team, in a valued role.
