Supported by a close-knit team across the Northern NSW region , we are seeking a full-time office-based team administrator to become an integral member of our Orange office and the Clients and Market Service team. This will see you provide critical support to ensure our continued success in the region by supporting teams to deliver high quality proposals, reports and deliverables in a timely manner for our clients.
Working with the Regional Leader, this role will also see you supporting the smooth running of the Orange office , including but not limited to reception tasks, property and facilities management and assisting with events.
As a team administrator you will support the business by collating and formatting bids, tenders, reports and proposals for review and submissions. As such, the ability to deliver under pressure, to meet tight deadlines with an extremely high level of attention to detail and ability to follow strict formatting protocols is critical to your success in the role.

WHAT WOULD YOU BRING TO THE TEAM?

We’re looking for team players who are flexible and can handle moving goal posts. Someone who’s prepared to help others and collaborate to deliver high quality outcomes. You’ll also be able to demonstrate;

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with experience formatting and collating documents
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and organise your workload to meet deadlines
  • A strong client focus and dedicated approach to resolving problems and queries
  • Previous experience in an administrative role in a professional services environment would be highly advantageous
  • High-level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is critical

Responsibilities:

  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Assisting with on and off-site events
  • Supporting the Northern NSW Region with printing jobs and some PA duties for leaders and executives.
  • Managing shared email inboxes
  • Front desk duties
  • Archiving and data entry
