Our Pension Fund Accounting business continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join our vibrant office with remote or hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in an administration or secretarial support role with fast, accurate typing skills.

Responsibilities:
As a Team Administrator within our Pensions Fund Accounting team with XPS you will:
- Typing of Annual Reports & Accounts for all pension schemes on behalf of the Pensions Fund Accountants within tight deadlines.
- Typing, formatting and collating of all other team correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Answering the telephone on behalf of the team where appropriate, taking messages and handling any associated queries.
- Ensure accurate and prompt filing of all documentation.
- General office administration including photocopying and if applicable, ordering stationery, couriers etc.
- Promoting and adhering to the XPS workplace values.
- Ensuring company policies and working procedures are implemented and adhered to by self.
- Forging strong working relationships with other teams in order to provide a total service to our clients. E.g. Administration, Payroll, Client Banking, Actuaries.
- Ensuring the accurate updating of time recording system (OpenAir) for both chargeable and non-chargeable activities.
