Description:

Team Administrator – Essex - Futures Together Social Inclusion Team.
Full-time – 37.5 hrs per week, Permanent.
Role is office based ideally in our Chelmsford centre; however, this can be flexible to base in Colchester/Harlow/Basildon for the right applicant.

Phoenix Futures – Futures Together Social Inclusion service have an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in data collection, data analysis, administration, and can provide excellent customer service.
Previous experience is essential, with a sound knowledge of all IT suites, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. We are seeking dedicated individuals, based on your values, willingness to learn new skills and the compassion to deliver the best service possible to our residents.

ABOUT YOU

To join us as an administrator, you will need:

  • Relevant experience of working in health and social care, ideally within the field of problematic substance use, mental health, or another comparable field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service.
  • Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of the client and service
  • To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word and be familiar with database management systems and be able to capture and record data within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, and customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Understand complex issues presented by people affected by substances, and/or mental ill health
  • Determined, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of people we support

Responsibilities:

As an administrator, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Futures Together Social Inclusion Team in Essex, including data collection, analysis and being the first point of contact for those enquiring about joining Futures Together. You will be part of a passionate and skilled team, contributing to the provision of tailored interventions and recovery approaches.
