Provide administrative assistance in the delivery of claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases.

Team Administrator

  • 1 position available – either in Newcastle or Parramatta – Hybrid
  • You will enjoy the collaborative team environment and learn new skills along the way
  • Diverse workload – blend of administration work, systems administration, assisting with the set-up of new starters

Your new role

Provide administrative assistance by efficiently and accurately processing data, documentation, and systems requests in accordance with QBE company policies and procedures. In this position, you will:

  • Assist team members and management with administration and support tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining Accurate & Efficient Data Entry.
  • Assist in maintaining an organised business – book cars, accommodation, travel.

About you
Your communication skills and ability to use your initiative along with a customer-centric approach will ensure that you optimise outcomes for your customers

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Administration experience desirable
  • Developed time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
