Responsibilities:

Proactively support the Internal Audit and Business Development & Strategy teams by taking over administrative and organizational activities.

  • Seamlessly coordinate the operational tasks of both teams, ensuring efficient planning and organization of meetings and calls.
  • Manage annual schedules, ensuring smooth workflows throughout the year.
  • Facilitate the audit planning process, helping to maintain adequate audit resources.
  • Support the audit team along the audit process by undertaking most of the admin tasks, where feasible.
  • Organize and lead the logistics for the “Synergy Committee” meetings.
  • Draft clear, concise minutes and summaries for selected meetings.
  • Assist in preparing internal teams’ presentations.
  • Efficiently organize and prioritize the schedules of department heads.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and ensure timely, accurate expense reporting.
  • Provide on-the-go support for urgent travel bookings and claims.
