Location: London/Hybrid (Typically 2/3 days in the office)

EXPERIENCE:
- IT systems – knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

AS
Responsibilities:
- Booking of travel to include multiple destinations, hotel, flights, taxi, visa application, covid paperwork and ensure contingency plans when required.
- Booking of meetings including meeting room, catering and ensuring all visitor passes are requested.
- Creating schedules for visiting clients to include meetings, accommodation and hospitality and ensuring necessary marketing material and merchandise is on hand.
- Supporting team with all work required for client pitches including collating of presentation decks.
- To attend and take notes at the monthly Broking Forum ensuring agenda is sent in advance and notes are recorded accurately and circulated in a timely manner.
- Assist team in ensuring timely completion of expense submissions and to have a thorough understanding of the Ardonagh Specialty expenses policy.
- To work closely with team on various workstreams, projects and ad hoc tasks including offsite events and corporate hospitality.
- Record and keep spreadsheet of the team’s annual leave and weekly reporting of business travel and visitors into the office.
- Record and follow up Piiq UK Branch post log ensuring all post is dealt with and actioned by appropriate support services.
- To cover for EA during annual leave.
- To build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
