Job Description
Management meetings agenda (preparation / update)
Management meetings and workshop meeting minutes
OPL creation and update in MS Teams (Planner)
OPL status tracking
Scheduling meetings in Outlook
Create and update ww public holiday list for department at the beginning of the year
KPI and OKR status tracking (reminders for data colllection / status updates etc..)
Coordinate data collection and tracking
Organizational chart regular update
MS Teams folder structure
Update department contact list / department service portfolio list
Bosch Intranet Department page update
Department internal and Bosch internal communication for German team: Time management, indirect purchasing for German team, travelling arrangement and travel expenses preparation
Ad-hoc tasks: e.g. support with presentation slides, nomination letters,Support in Customer satisfaction survey (presentation), workshop coordination and measures follow-up
Qualifications
Language: English (minimum B2)
Team spirit, excellent communication skills
Customer oriented approach, friendly attitude
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good organizational skills, decision making ability, attention to details
Awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility
Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
Analytical and synthesis skills
Independent, responsible, accurate and structured way of working
Spontaneous and able to resolve urgent situations, problem solving orientation.
