ABOUT THE ROLE
The Financial Services business within the FLC segment is seeking a Team Assistant to support Senior Management and the wider team to ensure smooth functioning of the business. This role will suit someone who has begun their career in executive support and sees the importance of getting a good foundation of office work skills in a focused and professional environment. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential. The nature of the business is driven by client deadlines and on occasion the Team Assistant may be required to work outside the core hours at short notice. The successful candidate will be self-assured, flexible, reliable with a positive demeanour, be the glue of the team and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Supporting Senior Management, with tasks including full diary management, complex travel booking, time entry, expense and invoice entry
- Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks
- Appropriate written and verbal communication both to internal and external parties
- Running conflict checks for the team, collating project documents and opening project codes using the internal CRM system (Salesforce)
- Maintaining client contacts effectively, managing BD meetings and keeping the CRM system up-to-date
- Supporting with the development of documents including client reports, proposals and presentations
- Arrange team wide meetings and social events
- Work with all FTI internal departments – HR, Legal, Recruitment etc. as and when needed
- Being part of FLC’s support network, and able to cover teams as required by cover rota
