Overview:
We are recruiting a Team Assistant to provide support to our EMEA team in London.
We are looking for a professional that is highly engaged and motivated to join us!
You will be part of a fast-paced team and will be responsible for administration, organisation, problem-solving, and providing assistance as needed. The ideal candidate will be someone who is diligent, organised and proactive in providing day-to-day support.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Provide administrative support to one or more mid-level professionals
- Occasional diary management
- Book travel, meeting rooms and hospitality for meetings
- Support in coordinating events
- Assist in coding and submitting invoices
- Support with PowerPoint presentations
- Keep track of any new starters to the team, organise passes, IT equipment and update team sheets
- Process and track expenses for the team
- Code and submit invoices
- Other ad hoc tasks as the need arises
About you:
- Experience of working within a similar role is essential
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and great at organising and prioritising workloads
- Strong English language; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK
