The impact you’ll have

Working closely with an experienced Executive Assistant Team, you will have the chance to acquire specific and hands-on skills on the roles of an Executive and Office Assistant.

  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams like Procurement, Finance, Communication and HR in their daily activities in a challenging, dynamic and international environment.
  • You will support our leaders and liaise with existing and future colleagues from other offices with logistics planning, travel and other ad-hoc activities, enabling a smoothness employee and candidate experience.
  • You will support the team in managing administrative tasks such as expenses reports, raising purchase orders on our internal ERP tools and assisting with documentation. Don’t worry if you have never heard of them before, we will teach you how to use them!
  • You will collaborate in organizing activities, get-togethers/caterings, and workshops across the office colleagues and teams, to foster engagement and company culture.
  • You will maintain the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.

The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For

  • You are about to graduate or you are a recent graduate.
  • You are motivated by the idea of learning the inside outs of the Executive Assistant role, supported by an experienced and passionate team.
  • You are a dynamic and solution-oriented person, who demonstrates enthusiasm and a proactive approach.
  • You are curious, attentive to details and you are a team player.
  • You speak fluent Italian and English.
