YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on finance, controlling, strategic management or similar
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment with focus on finance topics
- Strong user-related skills in MS Office
- Ability to build an extensive network and communicate professionally with all areas and at all levels of the company
- Results-oriented and pragmatic to achieve the set goals
- Proactive mindset and motivation to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Fluent English language skills, German would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Support the team on all administrative and organizational matters incl. setting up meetings, organizing travel, cost reimbursement etc.
- Support the team in certain M&A activities such as preparation of committee documents
- Follow and ensure adherence to M&A governance (following master calendar, ensuring committee deadlines are met etc.)
- Maintain the M&A database and M&A Sharepoint
- Profile potential M&A targets, competitors or other relevant companies if requested
- Perform other organizational, admin and content work as neccessary
