Now as we grow, we are searching for a new Team Assistant to join the People & Culture team in our Munich business unit. What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for mail and front office desk
  • Ordering office supplies, telephone contracts, mail and courier services
  • Coordinating third-party providers (cleaning agency, janitor service etc.)
  • Coordinating meetings in the office (meeting room preparations)
  • Responsible for fleet management (keys, parking spaces)
  • Planning and execution of internal events, workshops and global company events
  • Support in workplace design (office renovation, health and safety measures, etc.) and optimization of internal processes
  • Supporting our People & Culture teams with exciting projects such as employee well-being programs, etc
  • Managing first day for employees (onboarding box, preparing desks, sending equipment to remote workers)
  • Main contact for employees within the DACH region

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Professional experience in office & event management ideally in an international environment
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in German and English
