Description:
THE RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING TEAM
Our Conveyancing Team handle all types of property transactions for clients throughout East Anglia and beyond. We also act for residential property developers throughout the country and provide conveyancing services for commercial property.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant in our team, you can expect a varied workload. Alongside general admin duties, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career by providing absence cover for others in the team.
On a day to day basis, you will be:
- assisting with incoming and outgoing mail
- managing the filing for the teams including archiving, destruction and retrieval of files
- storage and retrieval of documents, scanning to database and photocopying
- handling the day to day telephone enquiries, taking messages and assisting both internal and external clients where you can
- typing letters and documents for both teams when necessary
- preparing forms and paperwork necessary for client files
- carrying out any reasonable duties as may be directed by other members of the firm
- ensuring all communications are recorded on the client files and case management system
