Description:

We have an opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our National Operations team at our Sydney Head Office.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will assist the managers/team in enhancing Stockland’s Brand and support in the creation of a strong performing and collaborative team environment.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with raising purchase orders, paying invoices and setting up suppliers/contracts
  • Organise and complete tasks, assist in organising events, prepare presentations/correspondence, complete reports within set timeframes, draft letters and manage emails.
  • Perform information management including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondence and project files for easy retrieval.
  • Perform diary management, travel arrangements, stationary orders, timely invoice payments, typing, expenses, organisation of approvals and the provision of solid administrative secretarial support including preparation of minutes, agendas and PCG reports.
  • Use good communication skills to liaise clearly with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure meetings are booked, meetings/events are attended, reports/presentations are accurate and prepared by set deadlines etc.
  • Take a proactive role in ensuring full compliance with relevant Operational Risk procedures. For example: Design reviews, Project/property risk assessments, Contractor assessment and management, and Incident reporting.
