Description:

We work with the biggest sporting organisations, brands and individuals across the industry, including the Premier League, NFL, ECB, F1, UEFA and Wimbledon. Working as an extension of their commercial teams, we help them grow direct relationships with fans to drive business growth.
We are hiring a crucial role in our Operations Team. Our Team Assistants work to support our Leadership team on a day to day basis to ensure Two Circlers are working effectively together, are learning and bonding together, and that our team are in the best position to service our fantastic clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or similar role supporting a team of senior executives.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and priorities tasks effectively.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Fast-paced diary management for multiple executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, fun internal team events, and workshops.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Support executives in day-to-day tasks and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
