YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Good knowledge of English language;
• Knowledge of MS Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Dynamic and well organized (likes to put order in things);
• Solution and quality oriented;
• Gets the things done in time, delivers results, likes to solve problems, ability to work under pressure;
• Very good communication skills.

• Organize meetings, workshops, trainings and other events in order to ensure the smooth running activities from administrative point of view;
• Assist the management in all business-related activities: team management, training management, asset management, purchasing, financial tracking and reporting;
• Collect, centralize, check received data and prepare various reports;
• Work in close cooperation with the managers to administrate the working groups;
• Plan and organize business entertainment activities, team events and business trips.
  You will have a ramp-up period in which all the colleagues will support you and allow you the time to learn all the needed tools and knowledge.
