Your Role
- internal and external communication tasks for the Head of Business Management incl. processing, prioritization and partial answering of incoming and outgoing emails in English language
- organizing travels with preparation and follow-up of related documents, creating decision memos, minutes and resubmissions
- organizing visits and meetings with internal contacts, customers and business partners, as well as the related documents usually in English
- key user for the PuRe purchasing process
- managing the work safety process through the tool Quentic
Your Profile
- good completed commercial education; completed further training as a management assistant is an advantage
- very good command of modern PC tools (MS-Office, Sharepoint, MS Teams), especially professional handling of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- high motivation, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- fluent in written and spoken English
- loyal and reliable in handling confidential data and information
- interest in sales topics and medical technology
- positive, open and confident charisma
