Responsibilities:
We are looking for people who:
- Have worked in a similar role, in professional services or a multidisciplinary environment.
- Have worked with standard office administrative procedures and project administrative activities per client needs.
- Have attention to detail, diary management, attending meetings (internal and external) taking notes/actions/minutes
- Can proactively identify where to provide assistance to team members based on prioritisation. You will be able to demonstrate excellent judgement in establishing how and where to invest your time for maximum impact.
- Can prepare documents and reports for internal or external purposes, proofreading content to ensure consistency and style, editing and making suggestions for improvements to text and presentations, preparing draft PowerPoint presentations.
