This key role will be responsible for supporting & helping coordinate administrative activities across the Disney Destinations International team. This role will provide assistant support to the Director and wider DDI team as needed.
Areas of responsibility:

• Processing enquiries, merchandise orders, and organising the master share folder etc.
• Processing Travel & Expense claim for reimbursement for Director
• Assist with Resource Café asset requestion
• Curating a team repository of signature assets (logo’s, b-roll, hero imagery) for WDW, DLR & DCL
• Create presentation and PCR decks as requested
• Support the process/maintenance of the DDI SAP functions including: request quotes from vendors, create shopping carts, keep expense planning & tracking report up to date, process PO & invoices.
