Essential Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship in business administration or similar
  • Customer focus, excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills, strong ability to multitask
  • Pro-active attitude, structured and accurate way of working
  • Professional and friendly communication style
  • Proficient user of MS Office package, Share Point and office hardware, knowledge of SAP will be a welcome bonus
  • Fluent English in speaking and writin

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Calendar Management, Travel management / Visa application support/ Expense reimbursement for direct reports only
  • General admin support (IT issues, facility, office supply etc.), follow-up on open tickets – related to SAP, Invoicing, PRISMA, P&O, IT, Procurement
  • Support to new joiners, On/Offboarding, Training to new employees
  • Maintenance of distribution lists and org charts
  • Performing as a “go to” person for urgent help requested by assigned members of our Leadership team and evtl. team members
  • vacation coverage and backup during absence
  • Occasional support to colleagues while organizing meetings (large and small, internal and external)
