Responsibilities:

  • Support the EGM Office and Executive Assistant with administrative tasks including managing events and running their diary management.
  • Support the Resilience Risk team with the management of events including booking venues, offsites, and all logistics and catering.
  • Support the teams with raising any property maintenance and technology requests as well as arranging travels when required.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding of colleagues including ordering provisioning.
  • Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviours in all actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures.

What you will bring:

  • Track record of experience in previous administrative roles within financial services highly regarded.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in Project Management will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders as well as attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask is essential for this role.
