Responsibilities:
- Support the EGM Office and Executive Assistant with administrative tasks including managing events and running their diary management.
- Support the Resilience Risk team with the management of events including booking venues, offsites, and all logistics and catering.
- Support the teams with raising any property maintenance and technology requests as well as arranging travels when required.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding of colleagues including ordering provisioning.
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviours in all actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures.
What you will bring:
- Track record of experience in previous administrative roles within financial services highly regarded.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in Project Management will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders as well as attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask is essential for this role.
