Circles is looking for a Team Coordinator who possesses superior organisation and planning skills, energy, drive and attention to details. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a forward thinking mindset, ability and confidence to challenge the status quo to define future visions. You will be given a unique opportunity to work on high impact projects and interact directly with senior leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide full range of support activities to our leaders
  • Organise and coordinate team events across various countries
  • Manage and support leadership team with scheduling and coordination matters
  • Support, monitor and progress action items for leadership team
  • Involvement in ad-hoc projects and Private and Confidential assignments if required
  • Assist with departmental matters such as travel arrangements and claims
