Responsibilities:
KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience in team coordinating, ideally within a Recruitment/People environment.
- Experience of working in a busy demanding team environment.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and able to work well under own direction.
- Accomplished at prioritising a busy workload with conflicting priorities
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Be trustworthy in handling sensitive information; and ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Positive, flexible and adaptable colleague and team member
- Competent in Microsoft 365 and a quick learner of new software platforms
