As our Team Lead Account Management, you will play a crucial role in driving and expanding our existing business to achieve our growth targets. You will motivate and inspire an existing team, developing and sharpening their skills to reach team goals as well as professional development goals. You will leverage your strong cross-functional skills to bring the voice of customers to other departments and define strategies to increase value for our customers. You will join a team of motivated and emotionally intelligent leaders who are collaborative and supportive. In this role you will report directly to our VP of Customer Success.

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for leading a team of 4 Account Managers (and growing) that is in charge of delivering revenue targets for our existing customer base
- You will develop, inspire and coach your team to close skill gaps while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment based on accountability
- You will evaluate and improve current sales processes and approaches to standardize them across the team with a focus on value-based selling
- You monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports and forecasts, and make data-driven decisions
- You work alongside our customer success leadership team to set quarterly targets, and to develop effective campaigns and strategies to increase revenue streams
- You maintain close collaboration with various cross-functional teams, translating customer feedback into actionable insights
