This leadership role will be at the forefront of shaping our app marketing initiatives in 6 countries.

About the role
- Lead App Marketing Initiatives: Oversee and manage our App Marketing efforts across six countries, ensuring strategic alignment and execution
- Growth Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive plans to expand our active app user base through mobile web-to-app marketing and paid acquisition channels such as Apple Search Ads, Google AdWords, and Meta
- Engagement and Retention: Enhance app engagement by designing and executing tailored CRM activities, app-specific promotions, and retargeting campaigns
- App Store Optimization: Take ownership of our app store pages, employing App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to drive increased traffic and visibility
- Agency Collaboration: Direct and coordinate with external agencies to achieve our app marketing goals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key app stakeholders, including teams from product, CRM, customer acquisition, creative, and analytics
- Team Building: Establish and lead a future app marketing team
About you
- You have demonstrated expertise in app marketing with several years of relevant experience
- You would describe yourself as a “self-starter”, with a drive to elevate our app marketing efforts to new heights
- Your actions are driven by a strong customer focus as well as a data-driven approach
- You like to take ownership and are capable of successfully leading cross-functional projects
- You are fluent in English, other language skills like German, French or Italian would be a plus
- You can work remotely a lot if you like, but you are willing to meet in our Cologne office once a month
